This is not just some random incident anymore — this pattern of accidents caused by drug-fueled drivers has been building up for years now, and it's only getting worse.
The woman had a history with laughing gas. Last year she was fined after being caught driving under the influence at another 20mph zone in town.
Back when people still cared about their neighbors, we wouldn't see such things happen so often. But now it seems like everyone's out for themselves, and no one thinks twice before getting behind the wheel while high as a kite.
