Early Tuesday morning, a speeding Audi ploughed into a musician talking on his phone with his father outside his house. The driver fled the scene but was found later in her home by police officers after neighbors reported suspicious behavior.

This is not just some random incident anymore — this pattern of accidents caused by drug-fueled drivers has been building up for years now, and it's only getting worse.

The woman had a history with laughing gas. Last year she was fined after being caught driving under the influence at another 20mph zone in town.
