Here's the thing, folks: Attorney General Pam Bondi is doing what she thinks needs to be done. She asked for voter rolls from Minnesota to help Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) do its job — that’s right, protecting our people. And guess who got all riled up? The leftists.
Now, I'm not a lawyer or anything fancy like that, but it seems pretty clear: if there's violent crime out in Minneapolis and folks are scared for their safety, shouldn't we do what we can to make sure the bad guys aren’t getting away with it?
The leftists say this is some kind of overreach. But you don't need a degree to see through that BS. If ICE isn't able to protect us from those who break our laws and harm innocent people, who will? Plain and simple.
And let's not forget the good ol' days when agencies actually worked together for public safety. Now it feels like every time someone tries to do their job right, they get attacked for it. Folks used to respect law enforcement and the folks in charge of keeping us safe.
The outrage here is real — Pam Bondi just wanted to help out with a problem that’s affecting regular people's lives day-to-day. You know what I'm talking about if you've been around long enough.
Here's what they're not telling you: this isn't about the rules or regulations; it's about politics and pushing an agenda. When someone tries to do something practical, the left starts screaming “overreach” and “abuse of power.” But folks, you know that's just noise.
I'll tell you what — if I was working somewhere and someone tried to stop me from doing my job because they didn't like it, I'd be up in arms. You can’t let people run around thinking they have the right to dictate how we keep our streets safe just because they don't agree with something.
And here's another thing: ICE is there to protect us all from those who break the law and harm others. If you're scared for your safety, isn't it better to know that someone’s looking out for you?
The left wants you to think this is about privacy or some grand conspiracy. But if you've been paying attention at all, you see right through that nonsense. It's just another way of saying they don't want any part of doing what needs to be done.
Now, I'm not saying everyone agrees with everything Attorney General Bondi does, but when she steps up to protect us from crime and violence, the last thing we should do is attack her for it. That’s just plain wrong.
You don't need a fancy degree or a law enforcement badge to understand this. We’ve all got families and friends who rely on us to keep them safe — so when someone tries to help out with that, shouldn’t we support them?
