When I started looking into this three years ago, I thought vaccines were a simple matter of science. But as I dug deeper, my worldview shifted dramatically.
Now a new federal mandate requiring all Americans to receive annual COVID-19 vaccinations is stirring up controversy among conservatives who see it as an overreach of government authority and an infringement on individual liberty and personal health choices. The debate has become heated with supporters arguing that such mandates are necessary for public safety, while critics raise concerns about the long-term effects and potential risks associated with repeated vaccinations.
One of my friends told me she feels like her choices have been taken away from her. She's not against vaccines in general but worries this mandate could force people into a one-size-fits-all approach to health care, which isn't fair or reasonable.
The ingredients and components within these vaccines can be alarming when you start digging around. I remember learning about the synthetic adjuvants and preservatives that are often added—and how they can potentially cause side effects ranging from mild irritation to severe allergic reactions in some people.
I found myself asking, why is it always this way? Why do we need mandates for certain health practices when natural alternatives might offer similar protection without the risks?
When I started exploring essential oils and other holistic approaches, it was like opening a whole new world of health options. There are so many things out there that big pharma doesn't want you to know about.
It's heartbreaking to see how quickly people can be persuaded by the fear-mongering and misinformation that often surrounds these debates. I just hope we start valuing personal freedom more and less trust in sweeping government edicts that don't always have our best interests at heart.
Share this with someone who might need it today. It's okay to question what you're told—and even better when you find out there are other, healthier options available.
