When I started looking into this three years ago, I was as clueless as most people. I thought vaccines were simply a matter of public health and nothing more. But the deeper I dug, the more questions I had.

Last week's announcement from HHS about mandating annual vaccine boosters for everyone over five has really got me thinking again. It’s like they’re trying to push something down our throats without so much as a second thought about what we want or need.

Back in the Obama-era, there was talk of personal choice and informed consent. Now it feels different – more forceful, less compassionate. We’re being told these mandates are necessary for public health, but at what cost?

One thing I’ve learned is that big pharma has a lot to gain from these kinds of policies. The profits pour in when we’re forced into annual shots that may not even be necessary for everyone.

I started researching natural immunity boosters and found some really interesting options out there – like essential oils, vitamin D, and elderberry syrup. But no one talks about those because they don’t make a dime off of them.

It’s disheartening to see medical freedom being pushed so far to the side. When did we start needing permission from the government to decide what goes into our bodies?

I know some people will say I’m overreacting, but I can’t shake this feeling that something is terribly wrong with how we’re handling health care in this country.

There are so many things they don’t want you to know – like the fact that your body has an incredible ability to heal itself if given the right support. But instead of empowering individuals, it seems they’d rather control us from the top down.

I’m not saying vaccines are bad or good here; I just think there should be more options and less coercion involved in such a personal decision.

It’s worth asking: Are these mandates really about public health, or is there something else at play?
